Payment & Insurance Information
Clear and Flexible Payment Options
At BioRestore Solutions, we understand that biohazard cleanup is rarely planned — and often happens during emotionally difficult or traumatic times. Whether you're dealing with an unattended death, suicide, crime scene, or other biohazard situation, the last thing you should have to worry about is how to pay for the cleanup.
That’s why we offer flexible payment options, including direct billing to most homeowner’s insurance providers as well as out-of-pocket payment plans. Our goal is to remove as much stress as possible — so you can focus on healing, safety, and recovery.
Insurance Coverage: We Work Directly With Your Provider
In many cases, homeowner’s, renter’s, or property insurance policies will cover the cost of professional biohazard remediation. This often includes:
• Suicide or unattended death cleanup
• Crime or trauma scene cleanup
• Blood and bodily fluid removal
• Decomposition or odor remediation
• Vandalism or burglary-related biohazards
Here’s how it works:
1. We’ll help you determine if your policy covers biohazard cleanup.
2. Our team can assist with opening a claim, if needed.
3. We’ll work directly with your insurance adjuster to provide all documentation, photos, and estimates.
4. In most cases, we will invoice your insurance provider directly, minimizing or eliminating your out-of-pocket expenses.
Don’t have your policy information handy? No problem. We can still dispatch our team immediately and guide you through the claim process afterward.
For hoarding cleanout and services not covered by insurances, we accept most major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of services. Invoices can be sent to commercial account customers.
